Outdoor Activities

Take a hike back in time through the charming landscape of the mountains. Open year-round, our horse stables offer hourly trail rides where you can rejoin with Mother Nature and an previously time when life was gentler on the back of a horse.

 

 

 

Fishing Activities

Inshore, near-shore, and offshore fishing openings are offered for guests an exciting range of experiences. Fishing trips can be tailored for children, and off-the-dock fishing and crabbing opportunities are also available. After a day of fishing, bring your catch back to the resort and our chef’s will prepare a custom meal to crown your efforts, including optional wine pairings and courses.

 

 

 

Mountain Biking

Our self-guided mountain bike tours are very challenging. Along the 74 miles you’ll climb close to 8,000 total feet and many times face a variety of weather changes. Everyone who finishes our mountain bike tour walks away with a serious sense of achievement that can be hard to find in this modern world!

Other Outdoor Activities

There are countless activities near by such as fishing, Golfing, Kayaking & Canoeing.  If you’re looking for more activities try Stand-Up Paddle Boarding on one of the near by lakes or Zip Lining across Chase River.  We offer canoes, six person rafts and single or double kayaks available with take out on our lake.

Kids Activities

We offer children and adults a hands-on touching experience with our animals. Children get a pony ride and everyone enjoys our hayride. Our farm has many different types of animals, including ducks, horses, pigs, goats, zebras, cows, chickens, peacocks, bunnies and more!
